Founded by Cleadus and Erin, a husband-and-wife team raised in different corners of California’s San Joaquin Valley, EVC Homes is the result of two paths converging into one shared mission. After meeting in 2005, they built a life together rooted in hard work, resilience, and a belief that where you live should elevate how you live.
Before real estate, both Cleadus and Erin spent years working in the nonprofit sector, serving individuals and families navigating difficult transitions. That experience shaped the heart of EVC Homes: a commitment to restoring not just properties, but possibility. They saw firsthand how safe, thoughtfully designed homes can change the trajectory of a life—and they carried that perspective into every project that followed.
What began as a single investment venture quickly evolved. As their expertise grew, so did their vision.
