The story of the three partners began in the San Joaquin Valley, Cleadus, Erin, and Virginia were all raised in different cities throughout the Valley. Cleadus and Erin met in 2005, fell in love, married, and have been inseparable ever since. Along their journey of creating their life together they both ended up working in the non-profit sector and this is where they met their best friend Virginia and became a family of three.
Each of the partners had unique stories , bumpy roads, and some bad experiences, that created in them a desire to help others, that may have also experienced some of those same roads. This is where their desire to rebuild the community one house at a time began.
Cleadus, Erin, and Virginia began to develop the company and carve their niche in the big world of real estate; they quickly realized that there was a distinct need for certain real estate services they originally did not foresee. So they decided to create a set of companies - where in collaboration with one another, they would offer a package of real estate services under one large umbrella, known as “EVC Homes LLC”. With hard work and determination they have built a solid business focused on assisting their community.
